Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one regular author\u2019s registration no later than the deadline June 30, 2023<\/strong>. Each paper must be registered at REGULAR<\/strong> rate, whether the attending author is a Student or not. Should an author have more than one paper accepted, the payment of only one Regular registration fee is required<\/strong> for publication, the other authors related to those papers are encouraged to register and participate to the workshop. Papers with no registration will not be included in the workshop proceedings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please consider that the publication of the paper on the conference proceedings will be possible only with an Early Registration. Viceversa, the presentation of the paper during the conference will be possible also with Late Registration.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A maximum of 3 papers<\/strong> is allowed to an author registered with Regular Fee. Each additional paper requires an additional payment (Additional Paper<\/strong>). A maximum of 3 additional papers is allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registration fees (Regular, IAPR Member Regular and Student Fees<\/strong>) includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Proceedings<\/li>
  3. Coffee break<\/li>
  4. Welcome party<\/li>
  5. Gala dinner<\/li>
  6. Lunches<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The accompanying person<\/strong> is admitted to the welcome party and to the gala dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refund and cancellation policy<\/strong>
    The Fees cannot be refunded. Substitutions are always possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
