Main Conference Venue
The Lloyd’s Baia Hotel is a few metres away from Vietri sul Mare, a village that is considered as the “first pearl” in the Amalfi Coast. The hotel’s location is very strategic in that it allows to reach the centre of Salerno in just a few minutes and to visit the surrounding tourist attractions such as Maiori, Minori, Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Cetara, Atrani and the famous Furore’s fjord.

Travel Direction
From Naples
The best option to travel to Salerno is to fly to Capodichino Airport (NAP) in Naples and then take the bus to Salerno. The travel time is less than 1 hour. For time tables see here.
If you prefer, you can reach the central train station of Piazza Garibaldi from the airport by taking the bus N5 . From the train station you can take the train to Salerno (visit Trenitalia).
If you prefer to rent a car, you can reach Salerno via A30 or E45 motorways.
From Rome
Alternatively, it is possible to reach Salerno form the Fiumicino Airport (FCO) in Rome by train, car or taxi.
By train you have the following options:
- ItaliaRail from Fiumicino
- Take Leonardo Express Train from Fiumicino to Roma Termini train station, then take a train from Rome to Salerno. You can use Italo or Trenitalia.
If you prefer to rent a car, you can reach Salerno via E1/A45 motorways.
